Missing documentation can result in goods being turned back at the border.

Winter Transport Conditions

Transporting goods to Russia during the winter months calls for additional precautions. In temperatures that can fall as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius, vehicle heating systems must be engaged, and heated refrigerated units should be used for cargo at risk of freezing.
